  1. I guess Maxine Waters needed to top the petulance of SJL. Hmm, I remember when Ms. Waters was inciting insurrectiony actions, but of course don't criticize her because that is racist. Maxine Waters Adds Exception to Her Trump-Era Rule About Harassing Public Officials in Restaurants https://twitchy.com/dougp/2024/04/10/rep-maxine-waters-n2394958
  2. The ladies on The View are extremely petulant. I believe one of them has a family history of slave owning, and they also seem to forget the Democrat Party also has a long history with slavery which they seem to keep to this day. They're Gonna Put Y'all Back in Chains: Whoopi Goldberg Says Republicans Want to Bring Back Slavery https://twitchy.com/fuzzychimp/2024/04/11/whoopi-goldberg-republicans-want-to-bring-back-slavery-n2394970
  3. Just another out-of-touch member of the Biden Administration. Not really surprising considering his background. I do love the walk-back attempt to try and tie Mayor Pete's comments to January 6th. I wonder if the residents talked to felt threatened on January 6th. Sec. Buttigieg says he can 'safely' walk dog, but DC native is more frightened: 'Prisoner in your own home' Buttigieg said Sunday during an MSNBC interview he can "safely walk my dog to the Capitol today in a way you couldn't do when we all got here," a comment that outraged some fearful D.C. residents who have faced skyrocketing crime in recent years. A Department of Transportation spokesperson said in a statement that Buttigieg was referring to the "deadly January 6th domestic terrorist attack in 2021 that led to hundreds of National Guard troops being stationed for months at the U.S. Capitol." "I definitely do not feel safe, and I think about leaving this neighborhood that I love all the time," a woman who has lived in the District for eight years told Fox News. https://www.foxnews.com/media/sec-buttigieg-says-safely-walk-dog-dc-native-frightened-prisoner-home
  4. The main thing though is the Democrat Administration now is just as clueless as the team back in the late '70's.
  5. Ok, so how did this case end up in NYC? Also, if this was also a case of trying to influence elections, I wonder what Judge Swain thinks about all the political cases against Trump? Aimee Harris, 41, was also ordered to fork over $20,000 and serve three years of probation for what Manhattan Chief US District Judge Laura Taylor Swain called a “despicable” act. Judge Swain said that Harris, apart from being motivated by greed, had hoped to impact the 2020 election result. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/florida-mom-who-stole-sold-ashley-biden-diary-sentenced-to-month-in-prison/ar-BB1llOO4
  6. Makes perfect sense, drive more businesses away. Lawmakers in San Francisco Want to Allow Residents to Sue Grocery Stores for Closing https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/04/lawmakers-san-francisco-want-allow-residents-sue-grocery/
  7. Still trying to understand how the Left was able to change the definition of “stole”? Regardless, I agree, this means the contents of the diary are real, and we can add Pedophile to the list of adjectives describing Old Joe. No wonder the Lincoln Project types like Joe.
  8. Considering the lack of trust with the Federal agencies, maybe it is best to let this die. The Feds are going to do anything they want anyway with no consequences.
  9. I agree, a good lawyer is required for your case as on the surface it appears you are no longer legally married and therefore the second AOS was decided incorrectly. In simple terms it appears your GC is invalid, and would most likely require a new legal marriage, and a new AOS package. A good lawyer will know how to proceed and more particularly as to how best to inform USCIS about the mistake with the second AOS decision to alleviate any potential of material misrepresentation claims. Maybe try getting on Hacking. Good Luck!
  10. I’ll take Confusing Language for $1,000 Alex. I would go with the specific language found for the Thai consulate as I have never heard anyone being required to also submit the marriage certificate from a marriage that has ended in divorce. Good Luck!
  11. Here is the report from the USCIS IG. Interesting read. Sounds like everyone at USCIS knows the U-visa program is rife for fraud even to the point that the I-918 (supplement B), is not submitted by the law enforcement agency directly to USCIS, but rather is given to the petitioner to submit. The conclusions on page 18 are quite telling. https://www.oig.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/assets/2022-01/OIG-22-10-Jan22-Redacted.pdf
  12. Hmm, who would have thought the Democrats would lie to us. After Promising Not To, The IRS Army Democrats Expanded Is Targeting The Middle Class According to a new audit of the agency, as of just less than a year ago, 63 percent of new IRS audit inquiries were to middle-income earners who made less than $200,000. “Only a small overall share reached the very highest earners, while 80% of audits covered filers earning less than $1 million,” the Wall Street Journal editorial board reported last week. “Don’t forget to save those charitable-giving receipts.” https://thefederalist.com/2024/04/10/after-promising-not-to-the-irs-army-democrats-expanded-is-targeting-the-middle-class/
  13. It might be that this case number has not caught up in the system yet. You might try the "Ask Emma" / "Case Status" option then try to get a live chat. Good Luck!
  14. Sounds like an insurrection to me as well particularly when coupled with the chanting that was occurring in Dearborn.
  15. I think Obama was right about Old Corrupt Petulant Joe. 'Mistake': Kabul Bug-Out Author Wonders Why Israel Won't Just Stop Fighting for a Couple of Months https://hotair.com/ed-morrissey/2024/04/10/mistake-kabul-bug-out-author-wonders-why-israel-wont-just-stop-fighting-for-a-couple-of-months-n3786237
  16. A little more clarity. It was a bystander that killed the person committing the fake robbery, but the guy that set up the robbery is the one being charged with the murder. Man killed in robbery staged by illegal immigrants seeking fraudulent visas Two unnamed immigrants in Houston allegedly paid a man named William Winfrey to stage a robbery where the immigrants would be the fake victims who could then help police solve the crime. Winfrey then paid Scott to carry out the fake robbery, which was all going according to plan until a bystander stepped in to stop the fake crime by shooting and killing Scott. After investigating the shooting, police have not yet charged the shooter with any crimes, but they did charge Winfrey with the murder of Scott. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/man-killed-in-robbery-staged-by-illegal-immigrants-seeking-fraudulent-visas/ar-BB1loUf5
  17. Possibly. The whole reason for the U-Visa is to allow someone who otherwise is undocumented an out so they will cooperate with the police.
  18. I had heard it was someone not involved in the visa fraud scheme who shot the person, but that person was a felon and should not have had a gun. The story I found is pretty poor in details so it was not clear who did the shooting.
  19. Detroit is a cakewalk. The only concern I have is with the location, when going there, I prefer to drive along Jefferson Ave. rather than to drive through the neighborhoods on the East side that navigation seems to favor.
  20. Apparently Yellen needed to get another supply of Werther's, but other than that, utterly clueless. I do like Gordon Chang and his analysis. Yellen in China: Failure Was the Only Option | Opinion There is, at least at this moment, an apparent reluctance in the Biden administration to ruffle the Chinese leadership, with tariffs or anything else. "We have put our bilateral relationship on a more stable footing," Yellen said while she was in Beijing. What she was really saying is that the administration has postponed taking meaningful action against China for its obviously predatory conduct. That's a mistake. Her job is to protect American businesses and workers from unfair foreign competition, not please China's mercantilist leaders. Xi Jinping has made it clear that he does not intend to change course on exports. Janet Yellen's pleading with his subordinates, however persistently, will not work. She should know that by now. https://www.newsweek.com/yellen-china-failure-was-only-option-opinion-1888860
  21. Not the state. What is not clear, what is the time limit. If no one returns the container to collect the deposit, the beverage distributors keep the nickel.
  22. Bidenflation, regardless of the gaslighting from the MSM/Left/Petulant Democrats, it is a thing. Kind of like the malaise of Jimmy Carter, but at least Carter was not corrupt. Inflation Rises More Than Expected To 3.5% In March, Derails June Rate Cut Hopes (UPDATED) https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/etf/inflation-rises-more-than-expected-to-3-5-in-march-derails-june-rate-cut-hopes-1033236991
  23. I think, if there was any actual thought about the consequences, is/was that most people are honest, and any fraud would be minimal.
  24. Great analysis of the star witness. I did love this last little bit, typical TDS logic. I also love the narcissism of Engoron having to try and describe himself as "more" forgiving then the average person (everyone is a factfinder). So that is the star witness in Bragg’s deeply troubled case against Trump. Prosecutors can only hope that the jury will be as credulous as the judge in the Letitia James lawsuit, Arthur Engoron. In that case, Engoron simply chose to believe Cohen’s testimony. “A less forgiving factfinder might have concluded differently, might not have believed a single word of a convicted perjurer,” Engoron wrote. “This factfinder does not believe that pleading guilty to perjury means that you can never tell the truth. Michael Cohen told the truth.”
