  1. You will list all their citizenships and legal residencies. Once they get their visas, they can enter the U.S. at anytime during the visa validity period (usually six months from the date of their medical exam). They can also come and go back almost immediately, but sometimes that causes issues. Just income levels are checked. Good Luck!
  2. And yet people actually vote for them. Jonathan Gruber was right.
  3. Yes, easiest to change it to your married name after receiving the GC as the SSA has difficulty when someone is using a form of ID with the maiden name. Good Luck!
  4. Has anyone actually seen Old Corrupt Petulant Joe in the past 4-5 days? Does he know he suspended his election? Did he ever give a reason why?
  5. Maga extremists? I know a lot of folks that use the Let's Go Brandon phrase, and they are definitely not extremists. Maybe the Democrats should clean up their own house first of their political extremists before casting stones.
  6. Yes, foreign income is exempt up to a point ($126.5k). We filed jointly when my now wife arrived and we got married. Have you applied for or received your SSN? Good Luck!
  7. Apparently they found some issues with either this application, or any previous applications she may have submitted. Sounds like she will need to submit a waiver (I601 I believe). This is often lawyer territory as it is easier and more personal to discuss with a lawyer than in a public forum. Good Luck!
  8. Wow, that is pretty interesting. I have never heard of an N400 being approved without a civics, and English test. I know when my wife's N400 came up she also had an I751 pending and the IO conducted a very brief I751 interview prior to my wife's N400 interview, but my wife still had a civics and English test. One other question, was your spouse with you for the I751 interview? Good Luck!
  9. As to the lawyer's advice, I agree with @SalishSea, I would be leaving this person as soon as possible. I would recommend the CR1 over the K1 as it is a far superior visa, and less costly. K1 may or may not (YMMV) be faster, and I am not sure how the CCP membership would impact the K1, but I believe it can be overcome with a spousal visa application especially if it can be showed to be work related only. You may want to ask the CCP question specifically in the China regional forum from members that may be more familiar. As to coming her as a visitor, getting married on the visit, and leaving for a subsequent spousal visa application, that is perfectly legal. Good Luck! P.S. Tagging @pushbrk as he may have more information.
  10. OK, I am curious, you say the N400 interview was canceled, did you ever go to an N400 interview? I have never heard of an N400 being approved without an interview. As to the notice, my wife received the same notice after her joint I751/N400 interview. Good Luck!
  11. Interesting read. The Democrats will have problems in many states unless they actually officially nominate someone very soon and prior to the DNC. I expect a lot of caterwauling by the MSM about any challenges to the Dems being able to circumvent state laws. The petulant Democrats will frame it as being a “threat to Democracy” if they are not allowed to simply change Joe to Kamala or someone else all the while trying to hide the fact that the Democrats are the real threat to Democracy. https://ballotpedia.org/State_laws_and_party_rules_on_replacing_a_presidential_nominee,_2024
  12. The petulant Democrats led by their elite executed their soft coup yesterday, and they claim Trump is a threat to Democracy.
  13. Hard to say. There might be a few tokens, but I doubt it. The Dems do not want a contentious convention, plus Kamala controls a lot of campaign funds.
  14. Bill and Hillary are also endorsing Kamala, so apparently they do not want any part of this. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/clintons-endorse-kamala-harris-hours-after-biden-drops-out
  15. If anyone, I could see Mayor Pete, maybe Yellen, Levine, or even KJP. The Democrats need to check as many boxes as possible and a middle aged white guy backing up an incompetent mixed race straight woman does not check enough boxes. The “First Woman President” is so 2016.
  16. I am not sure they can possibly make Kamala look like a competent President no matter how much lipstick there is.
  17. It is interesting that he put party before country. Typical Democrat. And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13656723/joe-biden-statement-americans-drops-presidential-race-text.html
  18. Wait, I was told Kamala didn’t succeed in the 2020 primary due to racism and sexism. Are you suggesting the Democrats are racist and sexist?
  19. What sacrificial lamb are they going to get to be VeeP under Kamala?
  20. So what’s next, the Democrat elite anoint someone? And how can Biden remain in office for the next five months?
  21. Apparently the Biden family got the payday they wanted. Joe Biden ends re-election campaign https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c1e5xpdzkd8o
  22. It was funny, so many MSM wonks predicted massive protests in Milwaukee, does anyone remember much news of those? Now Chicago may be very different, we shall see.
  23. Looks like the Democrat elite (mostly Obama supporters) and their primary electorate are in different places. The MSM seems to always say the GOP is in disarray and sometimes that is true, but in this case it is the Democrats that are floundering. As predicted, it seems that Old Corrupt Petulant Joe and Obama are not really very close. Of course that might have something to do Obama convincing Biden not to run in 2016, but is probably rooted in Biden’s absolute racism. Not really sure what level of narcissism is in Biden that thinks he would have won the Democrat Primary in 2016 as there was no way Hillary was going to step aside like the most of the candidates did in 2020. Potential pressure from Obama to drop out of race could drive Biden to remain in election: Report Current and former Biden aides told Axios that the president still holds a grudge against Obama and Democrats for advising he not run for president in 2016, just months after his son Beau Biden died from brain cancer. The regret over not running that year has reportedly emboldened Biden to remain in the race despite calls from traditional allies to drop out. https://www.foxnews.com/live-news/biden-withdraw-democrats-2024-presidential-race-kamala-harris
