I am not convinced that every Democrat agrees border security is crucial considering the Senate Bill that was proposed. HR2 secures the border, and eliminates or at least reduces a lot of the enticements the current administration has put out there, but the Senate Bill just allows the cartels controlling things in Mexico to limit the amount of border crossings so as to not trigger any additional enforcement. So when the Democrats really get serious about securing the border (a long uphill battle for them to regain any credibility except from the heavily gaslighted), and actually act, maybe we can talk about reforming the legal immigration laws that currently exist such as expanding family based limits, eliminating country specific limits (those from India on an H1B should not have to wait 15+ years for a GC just because of some arbitrary DIE limit), expanding the H1B and agricultural worker visas, etc. I am not holding my breath the Democrats will get serious considering the bait and switch bill they presented in the Senate even though the Democrats know how important this issue is to the electorate.

Only the I130 and I130A to get started (see guide below). Not needed if going through consular processing (see below). You cannot enter the US with the intent to stay and adjust status, so your only option is to have your husband file the I130, and go through consular processing unless you are currently physically present in the US. Your husband will need to re-establish ties to the US and I have heard Montreal can be very strict about that. If your husband has a reason to repatriate to the US on short notice, you could also look at doing a Direct Consular Processing. Good Luck!

We had fairly clear skies and as mentioned earlier, just outside of the total zone. It did get a bit darker, but I think thought it would be more pronounced, but it definitely felt different than just clouds. Overall, the darkest part last 2-3 minutes.

Some I751's are approved without an interview. How long ago did you naturalize? It might be the I751 was approved by the IO who did not see a need for an interview, and the approval NOA has not caught up to you yet. If not, this could become a headache for you albeit it would be a USCIS mistake.
