Definitely a coup run by the Democrat elites. Of course their low information voters will ignore it since the political activists on MSNBC say it was a masterful stroke. I think I heard both Larry O., and Rachel M., claim this was some sort of epic political move. Of course we know Larry O. cannot be trusted especially if someone is hammering nearby, and Rachel M. defends lawsuits by saying she is always lying on her show (https://greenwald.substack.com/p/a-court-ruled-rachel-maddows-viewers).

As the other responses stated, this would be fraud because she is not in the U.S. right now. It is illegal to enter the U.S. with a B2 visa with the intention to stay and adjust status. I know the difference seems pretty subtle, but when she enters the U.S. and CBP asks her for the purpose of her trip, if she were to answer truthfully (which she should) saying her plans are to adjust status they would not let her in. Good Luck!

You will list all their citizenships and legal residencies. Once they get their visas, they can enter the U.S. at anytime during the visa validity period (usually six months from the date of their medical exam). They can also come and go back almost immediately, but sometimes that causes issues. Just income levels are checked. Good Luck!

Maga extremists? I know a lot of folks that use the Let's Go Brandon phrase, and they are definitely not extremists. Maybe the Democrats should clean up their own house first of their political extremists before casting stones.

Apparently they found some issues with either this application, or any previous applications she may have submitted. Sounds like she will need to submit a waiver (I601 I believe). This is often lawyer territory as it is easier and more personal to discuss with a lawyer than in a public forum. Good Luck!

Wow, that is pretty interesting. I have never heard of an N400 being approved without a civics, and English test. I know when my wife's N400 came up she also had an I751 pending and the IO conducted a very brief I751 interview prior to my wife's N400 interview, but my wife still had a civics and English test. One other question, was your spouse with you for the I751 interview? Good Luck!

As to the lawyer's advice, I agree with @SalishSea, I would be leaving this person as soon as possible. I would recommend the CR1 over the K1 as it is a far superior visa, and less costly. K1 may or may not (YMMV) be faster, and I am not sure how the CCP membership would impact the K1, but I believe it can be overcome with a spousal visa application especially if it can be showed to be work related only. You may want to ask the CCP question specifically in the China regional forum from members that may be more familiar. As to coming her as a visitor, getting married on the visit, and leaving for a subsequent spousal visa application, that is perfectly legal. Good Luck! P.S. Tagging @pushbrk as he may have more information.

OK, I am curious, you say the N400 interview was canceled, did you ever go to an N400 interview? I have never heard of an N400 being approved without an interview. As to the notice, my wife received the same notice after her joint I751/N400 interview. Good Luck!

Interesting read. The Democrats will have problems in many states unless they actually officially nominate someone very soon and prior to the DNC. I expect a lot of caterwauling by the MSM about any challenges to the Dems being able to circumvent state laws. The petulant Democrats will frame it as being a “threat to Democracy” if they are not allowed to simply change Joe to Kamala or someone else all the while trying to hide the fact that the Democrats are the real threat to Democracy. https://ballotpedia.org/State_laws_and_party_rules_on_replacing_a_presidential_nominee,_2024
