The reason for that hatred of WU was that if you used them online they charged a different amount that if you did it in person. I mean they charged amounts that were significantly higher

I'm surprised, I've only seen one mention of Transferwise (online: transferwise.com -- not affiliated in any way).
 
It seems Xoom is pretty popular, but I just checked -- at the moment Xoom's exchange rate is 48.173 . Transferwise is at 49.89 . Transferwise always uses the "real exchange rate" (their words), and it's always 0.1 or 0.2 pesos above the rate I see on yahoo finance, which is my exchange rate bible.
 
Fees for Xoom and Transferwise are about the same for a bank transfer, although if you set up and fund an account at Transferwise, their fees are vanishingly small. Transferwise is fast and always reliable -- but they only do bank transfers, not cash pickup or delivery.
 
I might be cheap, but saving $8 - $20 (fees and exchange rate) helps out at both ends.

I went ahead and setup a WU account. Sent money, and the transaction was just as smooth as Remitly and the same amount of time. Before I sent I checked Remitly's exchange rate and it was a little over 1 peso less than WU at the time I sent. I also downloaded the  app to make it easier in the future.

Just wanted to follow up the Error that I have been gotten. It has been fixed after e-mailing USTRAVELDOCS
It was an error on their end. I can now advance to the schedule of interviews portion.

Sending my RFE Response tomorrow. Hopefully will get a decision soon. I'm assuming it's either a NOID or approval? 

Yes, Immigrant is selected. It also tells you to change it of you select Non-Immigrant if you are applying for K Visa. We are aware the Embassy will be opening June 15. We have sent an inquiry about the error code and still waiting on a response. We will also try again June 15 if we dont receive reply.

Good for you but Duterte  will not going to let you in during the pandemic and to be honest "the well established"  none of that really matters right now because as what i have read in an online statements from the DOT (Dept. of Tourism) they are doing it slowly and they need to make sure that locals go first. I tried to trace again the statement since that was 2 weeks ago, my fiancé can't even travel but complaining will not going to change the Pres. order.

If you don't want to be quarantine in a 3rd world country then book your trip for the next 2 years.

Today was day 180!  NOA1 of Dec 6th and we were APPROVED!  I'm in tears with gratitude that this step is over!  Now to update my timeline!
