Alaska2012 got a reaction from LORIEandPHIL in My boss makes me pay her taxes for her

Alaska2012 reacted to Loveherforever49 in AP processing got a new interview a couple weeks later
After getting engaged and coming home in 2012 we have been talking on the phone at least twice a day everyday. From that day on we just stayed committed to each other. When I first met her in person it only took me a few days to realize that she's a good girl to make my wife. She was kind smart funny and knew how to cook. Didn't take me long to make up my mind. From that day on I stayed true to my word. We are battling through this.

Alaska2012 got a reaction from NikLR in permanent residency--- @ 2 year period??
It's the green card issue date that matters. She can file 90 days prior to her green card expires.

Alaska2012 reacted to aaron2020 in Can he start working?
No. Your husband can not start working illegally under the counter.

Alaska2012 got a reaction from Georgia16 in Scandinavians
If they file taxes jointly and she counts as a household member I do belive she has to sign something. Double check by asking in a new post, you will get more views on your question...
EDIT!! I just looked, she needs to fill out a I-864A
Your sponsor fills out the I-846

Alaska2012 got a reaction from NikLR in Weed and abusing issues [merged threads]
Put your foot down and tell her to put her big girl panties on?
Or file for custody and move out?
Gather evidence that she isn't capable of caring for your kiddo. Also gather evidence of the families abuse towards you. Evidence is always good.

Alaska2012 got a reaction from mallafri76 in Sweden embassy
No mod will move it. In that thread we talk about all stages and since all Scandinavians go through Stockholm there are a lot of talk about the embassy. That thread is a gold mine

Alaska2012 got a reaction from mallafri76 in Front loading on the I-130?
You do want to show some kind of evidence of a bonafide marriage. Affidavits are nice and all but anyone can write a letter. Pictures are always better and boarding passes and such. But with that said, it might not be an issue at all! Sometimes I think it's all down to the person working the case. If that person have a good day you are in luck! Some peeps front load like crazy an still get get ref. You just never know!

Alaska2012 reacted to Cathi in Inviting Sister-in-law
you still are not understanding. Your finances have ZERO, ZIP, ZILCH to do with your sister in law,NOTHING. She must apply and be approved on her merits and her merits ALONE. Nothing you do, say or send will have any bearing on her visa. Period, end of story!!

Alaska2012 got a reaction from Boiler in Inviting Sister-in-law
Show them reasons for her to return not reasons that could make her stay!

Alaska2012 got a reaction from Cyberfx1024 in K1 and immigration officers
And for how long would this go on for? Maybe you answered that already and I missed it?
This sounds like a big clusterf! How about waiting until your gf sorts her issues out? Why move over and live hidden away in an apartment away from your wife?? Sounds pretty desperate...
