Whether we like it or not the point of filing the I-130 is for reunification. 
Why should USCIS expedite your request if you are currently living together in the same country?  
US citizen can return to the States any time.
Quite a few couples on this site have decided to transition to long distance just after I-130 is filed so USC can secure a job and sponsor the beneficiary without having to involve a joint sponsor.  
 

You can accompany a child to interview. Be sure to tell CO at interview to correct spelling at interview.

If you are using a joint sponsor don't worry about the assets. They won't look at them.
You don't qualify.
You're using a joint sponsor who qualifies to support 3 dependents. 
You'll be fine.
 

Word of advice:  If you choose to file for adjustment of status after marriage, it is highly advised to file before the end of your current I-94.  Once your I-94 has expired, you are subject to removal. Once a proper I-485 is filed, you will be granted authorized stay in the US until the I-485 is either approved or denied.  Marriage to a US citizen, in itself,  confers no immigration benefits.  

Yes, so in other words, it is not illegal to have an American boyfriend.  It's illegal for a Consular Officer to issue a nonimmigrant visa to a person with immigrant intent. (except in special circumstances which do not exist in this case)
 
The applicant must state a clear reason for visiting the USA.  If the real reason is to visit her boyfriend, that's unlikely to work.  Contrived reasons don't work either.

You don't even need to send the copy of your spouses's passport for i130 unless you are sending its pages marked with stamps for some travel evidences. It'll be required during DS-260 processing at NVC and the subsequent interview. Just provide info or bring it at the time, no amendments or addendum needed.

What country are you from? Do you have a big age gap? How many times have you two seen each other in person? How long did they stay in your country? What other red flags do you have? What evidence did you submit with your I-129F? What evidence did you bring to interview? Did CO ask to see it? Has Beneficiary ever been married before? Do you have children? Have you ever applied for a visitor visa or Student visa before? If you did, did you claim you were married when you were single to show strong ties?


 

This is laughable. Islamabad, Mumbai are at 12 months. Nigeria has not sent out IL's since January and are now still on Dec, 2020 DQ. Ghana starting to send out they are at June 2020 DQ.

So exactly what is caught up you say? This isn't anywhere close to official site. And the 94 a month normally. Lagos hasn't issued more than 10 in about a year. But keep the faith love how they have Normally.

Still don;t get where you even think they are caught up and almost 1/2 million cases are now magically cleared up.

Don't know why you are posting this it's immaterial to Nigeria. Can you not go back to Germany for interview? Nigeria will not honor that expedite. Expedites are embassy by embassy.
Like I said the reason for your expedite does not exist for you anymore. Correct? So why would Lagos expedite you when you are no longer in the throws of war. You are safe now out of there.

The 2yr vs 10yr GC associated with a spousal visa is determined by the date of US entry using the spousal visa as compared to the wedding anniversary.  So even if the interview occurs prior to the 2nd anniversary, if the immigrant enters the US on the visa after the 2yr wedding anniversary, they are entitled to a 10yr GC.  If you end up in this boat with a CR1 printed on the visa, but entry after the 2nd anniversary, you may want to remind CBP that you should get a 10yr GC.
