Evidence to Interview without SSN

Hello! I would like to know what to bring to my interview once I get it because I don't have an SSN. I have my name on the lease and I am registered as a beneficiary under my wife's health insurance alongside a copy of my most recent bill from my doctors appointment in august. My wife has her name on all of the utilities but I am an authorized user on the electric and internet bills, and my name is on the phone bill. I have my Canada Revenue Agency account updated with my most recent adress but since it isn't USA based idk if it matters.

Since I can't be added to my wife's taxes, credit card and bank account without an SSN what else can I do?

Changed mind from AOS to Consular Processing

Long story short, we chose the AOS route because our lawyer told us that we will not be able to see each other for 1-2 years. The VJ Community shows that you can actually travel on B2 while on I-130 so I wish I joined sooner. I read somewhere that it is not advisable to change from AOS to CP because it would take 1 year to make the switch. I am weighing my options and thinking of just abandoning my I485/I131/I765 by leaving the US without AP. What happens to my approved I130? It clearly stated in our I130 that the beneficiary (me) would not go through Consular Processing but through AOS in Reno. Do we start over by applying a new I130? I just want to be able to travel back and forth and the latest estimate of my AP/EAD is March 2022. There is not a lot of information about changing from AOS to CP. Does anybody have experience or knowledge on this? Thanks!

More about me to help answer my case:

I485/131/765 concurrently filed and receipt notice July 16, 2021; Field Office Reno, Biometrics Sept 17, 2021

I130 approved this summer

Canadian citizen married to a USC less than 2 years

Canadians do not apply for a visa in an embassy but automatically get B2 for 6 months when admitted by CBP; would travel back and forth while USC spouse lives in the US while I live in Canada while waiting

RFE for I-864, Confused on What Needs Fixing

Today my husband got a letter for an RFE that asks to to basically completely resubmit the I-864 with evidence. The list of requests is:

-Submit completed and signed form I-864 from the petitioning sponsor. All pages must be present and of the latest edition date.

-Provide sponsors Social Security Number on form I-864

-Provide complete and correctly calculated household size

-Submit a complete copy of the petitioning sponsor's Federal Income tax return including all supporting tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, and tax schedules) filed with return, for the most recent tax year.

I am honestly confused. I included all this information in our initial package. The I-864 is the correct edition, it has my SSN, and I gave them my full tax transcripts downloaded from the IRS website for the last three years. I also included a couple of weeks of paystubs from my job as I got a raise a couple of months ago and make significantly more this year than last year. For all the years I submitted tax info for, I have been way over the 125% income needed.

For family size, it's just me and my husband. So I wrote in our family size as two.

What am I missing here? I feel kind of dumb just resubmitting everything I already sent in. Is it possible they lost some of our paperwork? Is there a mistake I'm not seeing?

Any input is super helpful.

CRBA application for Canada born daughter!

Hi everyone! I hope someone can help me with my confusion on CRBA application for my daughter. I am a Canadian citizen and husband is USC. I was preparing all the documents for our interview next month and came across with these:

1. I read that USC parent should be physically present for 5 years in the US prior to child s birth. My husband stayed in the US from 2005 to 2013 and went to the Philippines for schooling from 2013 to 2017. He then moved back to the US in 2017 until present. Our daughter was born in 2020. Is our child entitled for American citizenship?

2. Embassy is asking for original proof of USC. Since my husband can t be physically present with us on the interview, how can we go on about it? Is there such thing as certified copy of US passport? In the letter that the embassy emailed me, it was stated that they do not accept photocopies or notarized documents as proof. I m so confused with this.

Crime for which you were not arrested, vs. crime or offence

In 485, the questions were:

* Have you EVER been arrested, cited, charged, or detained for any reason by any law enforcement official?

* Have you EVER committed a crime of any kind (even if you were not arrested, cited, charged with, or tried for that crime)?

I truthfully answered No.

In N-400, the question is,

* Have you EVER committed, assisted in committing, or attempted to commit, a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested.

I am taking the route of being super honest, and disclosing professional associations and college clubs. I have never had a traffic ticket, but I have been officially warned once. This was before I submitted I-485.

This is where I state Yes, and explain that "I received a traffic warning for not using a turn signal in 2016 in XXX, South Carolina, but was not cited or arrested". Right? I'm not weaving a strange web of lies and confusion?

Should I just omit this whole thing and call it a day? I don't have any records of this happening or anything. I'm not even sure it was in 2016, but somewhere around there.
