Event Description
Review Date : April 8, 2026
Embassy Review : Please line up as they open at 7:30am. My appointment was at 8:10 and there was already a line forming.. got in line at 7:45am outside and didnt get in till 8:25am. They will put you through a tsa type security giving them passport and proof of payment. Then they will give you a piece of laminated paper listed of what you need to give the person prepping towards the first window for basic questioned information ( interview letter, police certificate, birth certificate, passport)
They will then give you a number and then you wait till your number comes up the tv screen like dmv system. 1st window they will ask you your address, petitioner address, if this is our first marriage, giving them the folder that was prepped .
2nd window is when questions happen. It was fairly basic questions, knowing that I have no criminal background, haven't gotten detained anywhere, didnt do anything illegal and that we were both never married. Question like, petitioners name, what he does for work, what does the beneficiary do for work, how did we meet, have I gotten detained anywhere, or illegal stayed longer in the states, those type of questions and then after 5 mins in got my verbal approval right away.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
