Making ties more stronger will only hurt your chance of getting a visit visa. But its a moot point, because you won't get one anyways due to your immigrant intent, marriage to a US citizen who still lives in USA, not to mention suspected visa fraud which you nailed the coffin shut on.

 

Just curious, why couldn't get the W2 and tax returns within the 6 months? That sounds fishy.

You are not going to get a visitor visa to the USA.  Perhaps you can meet in a third country, but otherwise, she will be the one traveling to visit you.  Time for her to join the discussion as all the next actions are going to be her actions, not yours.

You've been given the solution. It starts with spending significant time together. If you will not, or cannot do that, then yes, give up on the marriage and go your own ways.

You basically already have been doing that for the last 10 years. 
 

You can of course try to get a tourist visa, but your chances of getting one are low. You can meet in another country and/or she can visit you more in your home country. 
 

You haven’t answered the question about how much you’ve been keeping in touch with each other, have you had any regular communication in these last 10 years?

I doubt you'll be given any sort of visa to the US. Either she moves to you, or you both move elsewhere other than the US. Or you divorce if you're too tired to carry on.
