I have my Citizenship Interview tomorrow and just want to make sure I'm fully prepared. Here's my full list of documents and supporting materials - am I missing anything?

Β

Interview Notice (Form I797-C)
Green Card (Original + Back to front copy)

Tennessee issued Driver's LicenseΒ

Current + expired passports

Copy of N-400 application and supporting documents

Marriage CertificateΒ

Our daughter's birth certificateΒ

Tax Returns (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)

My i-94 wouldn't load for some reason, so I compiled all my travel outside of the US since I entered on my K1 visa back in 2021

Employment History summary

Employment verification letter from my workΒ

3 Months of Pay StubsΒ

Proof of Address

Thanks all!Β

Bring it all and be prepared to show nothing.

They'll want to see the greencard, the passport and maybe the latest tax return (if they didn't find it for you).

If you get the same day oath (depends on your office) hand in the greencard and any other cards you still may have from USCIS (EAD/AP card).

This will depend on whether or not this is a combo I-751 and N-400 interview.Β  If it's the combo, much more needed.Β  If it's just the later, yeah, minimal requirements - DL & GC.Β Β

Employment and income documentation (other than taxes) are not needed.Β  If you have a pending I-751, make sure your spouse attends.Β  We had a combo interview.Β  Our Officer wanted to see evidence of a bona fide marriage since the day we submitted the I-751.Β  That included driver's licenses, leases, bank statements, etc.Β  He also wanted to see any travel documents IADIT stamp) my wife used since that time also. Good luck.

Wishing you all the best πŸ’ πŸ’ πŸ™ πŸ™Β

The interview was kind of cold and seemed to be having issues pulling up the application, but he recommended us for approval which is good!
