Forgot to add dates on the submited pictures for K-1 Visa

Hello there! My fiance applied for the K-1 visa on February 10th this year. We forgot to add the dates on the submitted pictures for evidence, will this be a problem in the future? We didn't send in any other evidence besides the pictures and I was also wondering if it's possible to send more evidence to the UCIS without a RFE?

Forgetting the dates on the photos is the least of your problems.  There are VERY few requirements for an I-129f.  Letters of intent, proof of petitioner citizenship, and actual evidence of meeting within the last 2 years are chief among them.  Based on your post, this case is DOA.  I would strongly consider withdrawing & submitting a new petition.....or you can try to mail in more evidence.  I very strongly suggest reading the guide:

If you did not send any other evidence of meeting in person, then yes this would likely be a problem. One of the main requirements for the K1 is meeting in person within the previous 2 year period.

 

USCIS has no way of knowing whether photos were taken 1 day ago or 5 years ago. And honestly, it wasn't a good choice to only send pictures regardless. Adding dates with the photos helps, but additional evidence to substantiate that you were actually together on those dates is better. Passport stamps are considered one of the best evidences of meeting in person. Then you can also include boarding passes, hotel reservations, etc. (whatever is relevant/applicable to your situation to prove you spent time in person).

Is there a possible way to contact the USCIC without going through the automated voice messaging system? We would really like to contact them about this issue and resolve it as soon as possible without cancelling the whole process that we already went through ;/

You can try by calling USCIS and saying "infopass".  I'm not sure you can resolve the issue by talking with them.  It seems your case lacks very critical, but basic evidence needed.  I would start by trying to send the required evidence to USCIS.  It is possible, imo, that your evidence might catch up to the I-129f, but it might not.  Otherwise, either wait for the RFE/denial or withdraw.  The USCIS agent, on the phone, cannot hold your case to wait for evidence.

UPDATE: Ok, so we managed to go through to a representative. They told us to send in more evidence by mail, so I hope it'll turn out well. We will go along with the Guide that has been provided above. Thank you guys a lot for helping and making stuff clear. I'm really grateful for that.

May I ask what instructions they gave you for sending in more evidence? I recently done this but did it without instructions from them. I wondering if mines were sent similar to yours

They told my fiance to submit the missing files and add a note that we forgot to submit them with the original. Basically Files + note + the case number.

Where did they tell you to send them?  The lockbox or straight to California?

That's what I wanted to know. I just took my old label where I sent the K1 application and just changed the address to my noa1 letter address

You can’t resolve anything by phone.

 

what evidence of meeting in person did you send?  Even photos with dates are often not accepted in the absence of better quality evidence, as there is usually no way to verify a date.

We just wanted to ask them where to go with this situation from now. What we sent before was just photos. We just completed collecting all the evidence of meeting prior: Our tickets from Poland to USA, AirBnb receipts, Passport stamps and photos with dates this time. Probably going to send that out today.
