Comments : - We could have gotten an interview in April, but there were other things that we needed to do. So, we pushed the appointment for interview back as far as we could without asking for special permission.

- We had our >>>k1 non immigrant visa<<< interview scheduled for the 16th. But the day before the interview, they canceled it because they said it should be scheduled on a day they do immigrant visas and not non-immigrant visas. Totally their fault. There were no instructions for me to schedule for immigrant appointment. They rescheduled it for me

- We just did our interview but was given a 221g afterwards. Was told that we will get an email telling us if we were approved. The same day, I looked up on CEAC website and it says visa was issued. I'm confused but I am hoping that we were only in administrative processing for a few hours.

- The following morning we got an email to pick up our visa :)

Comments : Many RFEs. We did not give the yellow packet to CBP at port of entry and they didn't ask. It had our medical in there. First 2 RFEs the evidence they wanted wasn't listed on the letter, so I had to respond telling them so. Then they asked for medical. I replied that my wife was a K1 visa holder and wasn't required to give medical and only required to finish taking her vaccine (her country did not have hepatitis vaccine) and submit that. They responded with they didn't not have her medical from the embassy on file, so we needed to submit proof or complete a new medical. I then mailed them the unopened packet and explained to them what happened at the airport. About 2 months later we were approved.
