Hello I'm just get married in Tunisia with my American wife and I need to know the next step to do after our married in Tunisia 🇹🇳

The US citizen can petition you for an immigrant visa, if that’s what you mean.  I suggest she starts by joining Visa Journey, so that you both can start learning about the process.  
 

It is not fast, or cheap.    It will take several years, and you will have to provide a lot of evidence in terms of ‘in-person’ meetings, because Tunisia is a high fraud/high risk country.   Good luck.

I meet her before 5 years and this is the second time that she come to Tunisia and we have lot of picture with family and some reservation in hotel

That's good.  The more time together, the better the evidence.  That will help overcome any red flags like large age difference, different religions, etc.  Good luck.

I strongly suggest that you spend more time together.  She should visit you a few more times, either before filing the I-130 petition, or after, before the NVC stage.  Marrying in Tunisia on the second visit may not be enough time in person to successfully get a visa.

The real issue is not the number of visits, but the total amount of time spent together.  Without knowing more about the actual circumstances, it's difficult to know whether there are red flags here.

 

I second all the recommendations for the US Citizen involved to join  us here.  It is the US Citizen that starts and ultimately manages the spouse visa process.

 

The guides here are a great resource, as are answers to the questions asked, but none of that is a substitute for becoming an A Student of the I-130 instructions and the form itself.  The person with the strongest English Language skills, is usually the one who will have the most effective "study" and comprehension of the actual instructions and form.
