Ugh sorry to hear that! I definitely feel your pain! Been a  frustrating process.

Let me know if you have any luck getting a 48-months extension. Hope your calls go better than mine! :)

chat / call uscis :

first question say " info pass"

second question say "live agent"

you will bypass bot that way

Looks like the bot no longer recognizes these as valid reasons sadly. I tried a few more varieties but just keeps directing me back to the website.

Anyone know how to inquire on an ecase inquiry? I have one that was supposed to be answered by May 8th, but never got a response.

Was able to talk to an agent by asking the bot to reschedule my interview. Apparently our address was never updated, they placed us on an urgent contact list since we have a notice from the state stating her driver's license is set to expire.

Should have someone calling within 72 hrs to schedule us in Philly

Wait, in your post you didn’t mention anything about an interview… I thought you were just worried about the missing letter

Too long to write. Came on an F1 student visa in 2019, married, adjusted my status, then became a citizen in Sept 2023

Seems just like a trick to get a human to talk to them and not the automated responses. OP said saying info pass didn't work, this is a good thing to keep in mind!

Yep no actually interview, like the other post states just a trick to get an actual person on the line. Agent was able to help. Looks like even though we filed the documentation online about moving to different addresses it never actually got linked. Agent stated the extension letter was mailed to old address, hoping we can get another copy of an equivalent.

Did you as a USC petitioner file I-865 and mail it in as you were supposed to? That updates the address for sure.

We did the online form and got a confirmation after submitting, but never anything after. Assuming possible we submitted the wrong one as well.

Glad you got to talk to a real person! Did they say if it would be scheduling for a stamp or actual 48-month extension?

You got me inspired to call again today, and I got someone who could check all the notices that were mailed to me and they confirmed that 48-month extension wasn't mailed at all. But, they also couldn't help me other than encourage me to keep waiting for my stamp or someone to respond to my e-request.

All sponsors are required to MAIL a completed I-865 to report sponsor's address change within 30 days of a move.
