Expedite denied twice

I was wondering if anyone been denied for health reason. My husband had a biracial injury with his nerves ripped from his spinal cord. We been waiting a year now for the treatment . I was wondering why they denied it . He been needing medical attention. He had a dislocated shoulder for over a year but they been approving jobs . What else can we do to try speed this up ? Been 2 year now

Your husband can't get medical care in Gambia?  Foreign spouse medical issues are not normally a valid reason for an expedite.

No , they don’t resources there . He suppose to out the country treatment but he in category 2 . It may be years before they take him . Thank you

As others have mentioned, for expedites it is the US citizen/petitioner that should be the one with that need medical attention, not the beneficiary/immigrant. 
 

They will likely keep denying an expedite request unless you, yourself, are the one with the medical emergency or hardship.

Medical expedites are generally not approved for the benefit of the immigrant.

You can't fabricate reasons just to get an expedite.  The medical was about your husband, and it was denied.

I never said I was going do that . I said it has to be about me to get the expedited approved . We don’t have long anyway . Thanks

Not that you keep wanting to apply over and over and over but if you could get some estimates of how much surgery/treatment would be either in Gambia, or in a country that he can travel to easily - and it would likely be an exorbitant amount of course - you could try based on your financial hardship for needing to help pay for this (presuming he is not able to work with this type of injury). As a nurse - I'm presuming you mean a brachial injury? If you are going to do try to do this I would also how how your insurance will cover this upon his entry to the US and proof of overseas cost. It may, of course, still be a no - but technically you would be applying for financial hardship to help him pay for this, not because of this injury.
