On a quick search a flight from LAX to Beijing is below 1000dlls. So I doubt financial hardship would be enough. Regarding COVID restrictions, they're no longer in place. 

 

I recommend you both meeting, maybe in a third country and avoid wasting time and money on filing a petition that will very likely be denied.

According to my research for the airfare, it’s about somewhere between $8000 to $10000 and the flights are very limited between China and LAX . We are expecting the airfare gets reasonable price. I heard some airline companies are increasing flights to and from China. Hopefully by September.

US immigration is expensive.  The US immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and money.  Marry online, meet, and start the spousal visa process.

Thank you very much for your ideas. I have no idea how she is able to live with me in the U.S. with her US tourist visa, and how to live with her in China with my Chinese tourist visa. That’s my concern.

$8k USD for a flight?  Maybe if you insist on first class, but otherwise very much doubt that.

You really need to do some research.  You also may benefit from professional assistance with the visa process, because you do not understand how it works.

There is no "luck" involved.  There are rules and timelines.  US immigration is expensive and time-consuming.

Thank you very much for your reply. Those airfare are from some airline company between China and the United States, round trip, economy class. The airfares are declining.

Yes, you are right. I have no idea how the visa process works.  We will wait until we see each other soon sometime this year, so I don’t need to worry about 2 year in person meet.
