  2. I know page 8 is N/A, but some YouTube videos telling to fill out beneficiary’s contact information section only but N/A in other sections. I will do everything N/A. Thank you
  3. I’m petitioner and filing I-134 for my beneficiary. Do I have to fill out page 8, part 4 , section 3, 4, 5, beneficiary’s contract information?
  4. Thank you . U.S. Consulate (Guangzhou) emailed us to make a profile. My beneficiary received an instruction letter by mail today (packet3 ?). Than you for your answer again.

    READY status

Hi, how are you VJ friends CEAC status “ READY “ Should we start submitting DS 160 or wait for US Embassy Guangzhou’s email notifications? Some people say “go ahead to submit DS160, some other people say “wait for Embassy notifications “ . I have no idea what is the best way . This is for K1 visa. I had to select “ immigrant visa “ category to see the status.
  8. Yes, that would help us a lot. Thank you for sharing your experience.
  9. Thank you for taking your time to answer my questions. It’s very helpful.
  10. Hello VJ friends please help me with this question I’d like to fill DS-160. for my beneficiary because of my beneficiary’s lack of English skills.Travel State Gov website says third party can fill the form but how can I upload my beneficiary’s picture without presence of my beneficiary. And it says third party must be identified on the “sign and submit “ page of the application. How can I identify myself. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
  11. Thank you very much,Ryan. It’s very good to know. Very appreciated. My fiancé will make a plan to trip to Guangzhou in the near future.
  12. Dear visa journey friends Our I-129F petition was approved Feb. 9, 2024. I’m(male )the sponsor. My beneficiary(female)is Chinese living in Chengdu. I’m concerning about supportive documents to prepare for the interview. Does U.S. Embassy in China request the original copy of the documents? Is Guangzhou consulate the only one to conduct K1 visa interview? Does the Embassy give her the information about the documents to bring to the interview?
  13. Thank you for taking your time to answer me. My beneficiary’s country is China. I’ll find out the embassy website. I really appreciate your advice.
  14. Dear VJ friends, first of all, I would like to thank everyone for advising me for how to file I-129F. My petition was approved. NOA1 June, 2023 NOA 2 February 9, 2024. Now I’m hoping my beneficiary will obtain K1 Visa at the Embassy interview. According to my Google search for the documents to bring to the interview, many of the websites tell bring original copy of the documents. Original copy of I-134. Original copy of divorce decree or death certificate etc. is it true? Also says bring Updated Intention to Marry letter. I figured it means we have to write new intention to marry letters . Is it true? Does the U.S. Embassy have my I-129F petition? Does my beneficiary have to bring the proof of ongoing relationship? Does the Embassy inform my beneficiary what kinds of documents to bring for the interview? I have no idea everything.
  15. Thank you everyone who replied my posting for encouraging words
  16. She will go back to her country if our marriage doesn’t work out . She loves her country and she has everything in her country, family, friends, house and good income resources. She wants to stay with me forever. We chose to live in the states because her country’s immigration laws don’t allow foreign spouses to have a permanent residence status or citizenship. I’m also concerning how she can make many good friends in the states. My idea is to join some volunteer communities etc. I appreciate your kind thoughts.
  17. Thank you for your suggestions. We’re not good at filling those forms, just trying to avoid unnecessary paperworks
  18. You are right. It’s my bad. She’s a beneficiary. Thank you
  19. Thank you, so she doesn’t need to file I-765, and yes she would need to file I-131 because she would miss her family and friends in her country.
  20. Hello dear VJ friends We are still waiting for I-129F NOA2, so we know this question is too early to ask. Does my petitioner have to file I-765 with I-485? My petitioner (she) doesn’t want to work in the U.S. She doesn’t need a working permit.
  21. Hello visa journey friends Our NOA 1 is June 1, 2023. Is I-129 processing time different from K1 Visa processing time? I’m confused when I googled it.
  22. I’m filling out I-129F. I have no idea which one to select or I can skip the parts 5a to 5d on “ Multiple Filer Request Information “ .I have no criminal history .All of my answers are “ No “ for any crime . Please help.
