I don’t even know how to do the timeline! Sorry about that.

I had my i751 pending since November of 2021.

January 6th filed N-400

My interview was scheduled February 8.

Yes, my spouse was there for the whole interview, he was never asked to leave.

my notice never mentioned a combo interview but we had one, questions were simple, just about where we met, anniversary date, etc.

AHHH!!! Just got the notice that the N-400 interview was scheduled! May 10th at 9:30AM.

Congrats! Did you get an online update, or did your letter come right to the mailbox? I am getting a letter today from USCIS, and I don't know whether it's the 48 month extension letter, or the interview notice.

So my USPS informed delivery says I'm getting something from USCIS today. And judging by the PD, it is something related to my 751. Not my N400. So I am getting the extension letter today. UGH!!!! I just want my N400 interview!

Edited by Rocio0010
Read the PD on the letter and realized it's the extension letter.

The N-400 updated online. The interview letter was immediately available in the Documents tab. I expect the hard copy to arrive in the next week.

As a side note, my local office does not do same day oath, so I expect the oath to likely occur in June.

Same, just got my extension letter today. I'm very interested in how many folks got an extension letter and soon followed it with an interview though... fingers crossed that's a pattern :)

Ok, so as previously mentioned in a lot of other posts-applying for N400 moved my ROC from July2021 when I applied. I had my interview for N400 April 4th and it turned out to be a combo interview that resulted in an approval for my ROC and N400. I applied beginning of Jan and got my interview notice in March for April. Keep the hope alive. Just wanted to let everyone know that applying for citizenship while your ROC is still pending definitely moves the process forward!

P.S. I know I don't have a timeline yet, but will add once I go and dig up all the needed dates!

My ROC was approved back in Sep 2022, applied for N-400 Feb 2023 and got notification that my I-751 was transferred to another office even it was approved.

I guess they like to look to at both files even it was approved.
