  1. Yes, happened to me too, I’d just wait until the notice arrives in the mail. Should not take more than 5-10 business days.
  2. Same here, applied in January in NYC and have not heard anything after biometrics. Some people that filed in March have already gotten their interview dates.
  3. Hey all, any Queens or other NYC filers from December/January still waiting to hear back?
  4. Congrats on the successful interview today! From what I’ve read they usually approve the I-751 the next day and then schedule the oath, you’ll probably see it in your account by the end of the week would be my guess.
  5. Thanks for sharing your interview experience! Did they ask you the definition of terms used on the application/terms related to immigration? I’ve heard people say they ask the definitions of some words from the yes/no questions sometimes to test their ability to understand and speak English.
  6. Have any of you moved to a different state since filing the N-400? I’m thinking about moving this summer but not sure how it would affect the scheduling of the interview or oath, if at all. Does anyone have experience with that?
  7. Yes I think they are asking how many times you were married, and how many times your spouse was married. If your current marriage is the only one you and your spouse had, then you would both put 1.
  8. Part of the interview is going through the application and correcting any errors - so I think you can just inform the officer during the interview and it will be fine!
  9. It doesn’t say on the interview notice so not your fault, probably happens a lot. Fingers crossed, hopefully you’ll hear back soon!
  10. Congrats on the approval! I’m sure they will schedule your oath soon. Which borough are you in? I’ve read in this forum to bring an extra set of passport-style photos to the interview because sometimes they can’t use the ones from biometrics - for those that have yet to have their interview! Thanks again for sharing your timeline!
  11. I filed January 20th, had my biometrics appt in mid February and the status still says the same as yours.
  12. Congrats! Great to see some movement from NYC folks! I think it takes a day or two for them to approve the I-751 and then approve the N-400 and schedule the oath ceremony!
  13. I believe that you can file for citizenship under the 3-year rule if you’ve been a permanent resident for that time even if your GC still has the conditions on it and you’ve applied for the ROC.
  14. That’s amazing, congrats again! Do you mind sharing approximately how many weeks after the interview the ceremony takes place in NYC?
  15. That’s amazing! 🎉 Great to see things moving along in NYC. Which borough are you in?
  16. Congrats! I filed in late January and did biometrics mid-Feb and still waiting. Did you file based on the 3-year or 5-year rule? Does anyone know if that makes any difference? Thanks!
  17. I filed in January in NYC, a month after you and did biometrics in February, but silence since. You’ll probably hear back before me, but I’ll keep you posted!
  18. Hey all, happy to join this thread, I filed online in late January, had my biometrics appointment in February, and have been waiting since. I filed in NY, and was wondering if there are any NYC folks in this thread? Best of luck!
