Hire a US immigration attorney. Start over and file a new case.

Sounds like you kept submitting the same documents over and over again, expecting them to reverse their rejection of them?

“My visa has not yet been issued, what should I do?”   and it won’t be.   Because it’s been denied.   You are not eligible for this visa with the supporting documentation you’ve provided, and the petition will be returned to the United States.

Start over and this time hire a good immigration attorney.

I assume the case is being returned to the US and eventually your petitioner will be advised of why.

It sounds positive.  But, the case could still be under administrative processing.  Patience is the key.

Awadbadi, you are to stop posting non-Englisg=h translations of people's posts.

If you must translate posts from English to understand them, do it on a private clipboard.

You must quote posts in English, as they were written.

This is your only warning.

Interview held at the US Embassy in Djibouti on October 17, 2021
He gave me a white paper asking for it
the current INA Section 221(g) refusals for:
Proof of age
Proof of Relationship with PePetitione

We did DNA and received Proof of Relationship with PePetitione

We submitted the documents to prove Proof of Age about four times, and we were receiving this response (The passports and identification cards you have provided were obtained after the date the petition was filed - to support the date of birth used in the petition. We would like to  see documentation prior to the date of the petition to establish your actual date of birth.)

However, we submitted the documents issued prior to the petition date, received their acceptance, and received this email from the Embassy on September 8, 2022:
(Thank you for your email.
Please drop your passports in from Sunday to
Wednesday at 1500 hours so that we can continue processing your visas.
Best Regards,
Consular Section).

We handed over the passports to the embassy window on September 11, 2022.
We also renewed the medical examination on September 24, 2022.
The status of the visa on the website changed to (Ready) on September 28, 2022
After that, the visa status was changed at the site to (expires soon) on the date of October 18, 2022. And the DS-260 form was opened.

We closed Form DS-260 on July 21, 2022. We changed some data
1-Passport information
2- The mother's whereabouts (we changed the mother's whereabouts to the United States of America).

The status of the file was changed to (Refused) on July 25th.
The visa has not yet been issued

Is it necessary to show a mark on all documents in order for the ☑️ visa to be issued?  And if this is the reason for the delay in issuing the visa, do I have to upload it to the
website again?
please help
