Hey y’all! It’s been a year since we filed! Did anyone get approved (I saw that one person did)? What are your timelines looking like?

My VJ timeline predicts November 7th 2024, BUT, I’ve been checking LIN timelines and have noticed that a lot of people here are given a decision in 14 months! I know it’s not everybody but I can’t help but get feel a little nervous/excited about the possibility.

Any other LIN service center filers here?

SRC here, my status is still at "Case Received", not even a biometrics notice. As I posted above, I just filed N400 so hopefully that will help things move along.

Hey Guys
Happy new year to everyone...!!!
Did anyone get any update for Dec 2022 last week filling? I have been waiting for the past 1 year and the case didn't move an inch after the first status "case was received".

My last update was “biometrics re-used” and that was Jan 2023. My file was sent to the Nebraska service center (LIN) and I’ve been checking people’s timelines on VJ specific to LIN. It seems like a lot of the LIN applicants are getting decisions in about 14 months. I’m hoping mine gets approved without a long wait too but who knows, I applied with a divorce waiver so might take more time.

You could check VJ timelines for California Service center to get some idea.

I'd expect divorce waiver case to take much longer than 14 months, in the range of  24-30 months. The official processing times now is 19 months for LIN -

Have not been on here in a while. I filed online for the N-400 December 19 2023. I got the notice and biometric reuse right away. Let's see what happens now....
