Packet was delivered and signed for at the front desk today at 11:50am.

 

Man if that whole thing about being interviewed at AOS is true about getting approved faster I hope the gods hears you!

February 2020 - EAD/AP approved and got the card

October 2020 - EAD/AP renewal filed

November 2020 - EAD/AP renewal approved and got the card - AOS interview date issued

December 2020 - AOS interview, approved, and GC received

September 2022 - ROC filed

We were...totally shocked and surprised!

Here is an article that I think explains why/what we were approved under so fast. Hopefully more of you recent filers will fall under the same!!

I don't think there is anything to it meaning no rhyme or reason. I suspect it was just a luck of the draw at that particular service center with that particular IO. More like he or she had a goodnight the night before lol!

Believe me, I have no hopes.  Just curious.  It is amazing the haphazardness that is USCIS.

 

Maybe if we get Oprah to say. “you get approved, and you get approved”.

Update just got the receipt number via sms and it’s Potomac! Goshhhh no chance to be a fast moving :(
