I-797 for K-3 (Merged)

Hello, I am currently preparing all documents to file for I-129F.

For the evidence that I have already filed I-130, can I just print the receipt notice that was provided on the online uscis account and attach it to the I-129F package? Or does it have to be the original receipt notice sent by uscis via mail?

Also, is the receipt notice on the online account just the same as I-797? the paper from the online uscis account doesn't have a header so I'm not sure.

Thank you to who responds!

Never send originals.

Send a photo copy of I-797 from I-130

Is I-797 the same as the receipt notice?

Sadly, I never got the mail version of this. I'm still asking for a missing notice request.

However, can I just print the one from the myuscis site?

Are you hoping it speeds up the I-130 approval?  It is of course free to file, but we haven't seen that "trick" work in the past year or so.

Worked for me and my brother we both filed this year.  Approved in 2 and 2.5 months respectively.  With that being said, was it the I-129F or just luck?  Who knows?

Also, seems like some folks on Facebook groups also have luck.

I'm a believer in "follow the process as it's given" and since the US govt created the K3 visa to get spouses to the US faster, then that's what we should do! At least it shows that even if they don't want care, they need to know that we still need them to do something about it...

Hello,

We just filed online I-130 for my husband and not 5 minutes after, we saw the attached image.

Is this what we need to attach to our I-129F application? I saw that for non immigrant visa application for spouse, we need to attach the confirmation or NOA1 from filing I-130.

Or am I gonna receive a separate confirmation letter (NOA1) via mail? How does this work?

Thank you to who responds!
