When I submitted it was at 84 days (first week of April).

As of Monday it is 77 days!

Slowly but surely...

Am hoping we don't get an RFE

I have a friend who has received 3!!!

He should have been home last September~

When the USC lives abroad there are so many unknown issues that might arise.

Thats what I am afraid of as well. What kinda RFEs were they? And they sent three different RFEs at three different reviews? So in total the case has been at NVC for longer than 9 months?

3??!!! OMG, see this is what I mean I was devastated when I received one. I just don't understand their logic of making people who have already been reviewed wait the whole 80 days again!!!

Hello ,

I have applied for my Parents (IR 5) and currently case is at NVC

I have paid all fees, Completed DS-260, and Submitted Affidavit of Support along with Financial Docs, and also submitted Civil doc.

So the question is when I log into the website as below everything looks like completed from my side.

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

But when I login to below site to check my Status, It does say that submit the documents to NVC:

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV

Does it happen to everyone ? Can you please check and let me know how it is for you guys.

NVC telephone line has been suspended So can not call.

But your answer will help me to understand if I have missed anything.

Thanks,

We submitted all the documents on April 18, 2022. NVC updated the status to "Accepted" on June 30, 2022, now waiting for DQ.

????

Usually when NVC accepts all documents the DQ message happens at the same time.

Log in to ceac and check for new messages.

You will either find the DQ message, or....

or you might find an FE message if they need more documents
