No updates on my side.

Submitted all required documents on May 10th. Some additional docs on May 11th and 12th.

Last submission date for additonal document was June 24th.

Same thing I did. I added an additional document on June but it was repeated from a document April. Maybe they oushed me back thinking it was a new document. They accepted them with no DQ.

Hey all, happy to announce that I have been DQ'd!!!

It was my first submission. Uploaded all documents on May 10th and submitted them May 11th.

Uploaded an additional document on June 24th, 2022.

Feels great having been DQd without any RFEs. Thankful to the VJ community!

Huge jump this week. I hope it is not an error. It went from 04-May to 30-May in one week

I initially thought it was a typo for May 13, but then I saw people whose last submissions were made on May 23 and May 19 respectively, so maybe it's not an error.

I'm thinking this might be the date for responding to inquiries.

That section wasn't updated, and last week was May 24th, so May 30th seems reasonable.

Yes, this makes more sense actually.

You’re right. The Spanish version shows the correct date. As you suggested, May 30th is the date for inquiries. For case review the actual day is May 12th as you can see here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/inmigracion/nvc-plazos.html

Unfortunately it was too good to be true, but the actual date isn’t that bad. At least, they are keeping the pace.

Aw, man, I was very excited. I hoped the jump was real. :( Would mean my husband's package would get processed sometime next week instead end of next month.

But at least, it went from 75 days to 74, if the 12th is correct. Down 1 day vice 20, but hey decrease is better than an increase.

They just updated their website and put the correct date 12 May. We were super excited because if it was true then we would've been reviewed for our rfe in a couple days but now it's pushed back for 3 weeks :(

Do they all (w2/1099) equal the total amount when added up together reported on your income for that year?

Do you think this is the problem? And that is why they keep asking for 1099. My uncles accountant just told me that they dont use 1099 and only W-2s when i asked him about the 1099. I dont really know much about taxes and how they work.
