My interview appointment is in December 2022 and I plan to land in the same month after granting of my immigration visa. However I need to return to Hong Kong in January to settle things. Is there any required period of time that I must stay in US after immigration before any travelling outside of US arrangement? If such, is there any application form for granting of travelling outside of US during the period?

My application was DQ on Sept 24, 2022 under IR2 and now pending for the interview appointment notification. I have a question regarding the application of no criminal record from the Hong Kong Police department. I found that it takes a month for application appointment time slot, then 3 weeks processing time. Since the Hong Kong Police department requires the interview appointment letter from the US Consulate General in order to apply for the no criminal record, this means the record may not be available before the interview. Has anyone encounter any problem with it?

No DQ or RFE messages. I was told by someone in the forum to wait for another 2 months.

I have just cross checked ceac, all seems normal. AOS fees with PAID status, AOS & financial documents with status "Accepted" which include all individual document (required and additional) "Accepted". IV fees "Paid" and application "Completed", all civil documents with status "Accepted". No messages either DQ or RFE, someone in the forum told me to wait for another 2 months.

We submitted all the documents on April 18, 2022. NVC updated the status to "Accepted" on June 30, 2022, now waiting for DQ.

Thanks. I need to work out my timing for the police report in Hong Kong since its earliest appointment available for application is in mid August 2022. It will take around 3-4 weeks for the Police Department to send the US Consulate General directly. I believe it is required before my interview appointment. Thanks and will do.

All my documents were accepted by NVC on June 30, 2022, any idea how it take to get DQ?
