With a new i846 , do I need to upload recent w2 and recent tax return or the IRS transcript should I get from IRS website and upload it ?

Yes recent W2, and tax return if u can get IRS one that's even better. Good luck.

All original civil documents uploaded to the ceac website and some other supporting documents if available. 
original passport

Pakistan ID card, original birth certificate,and any paper shows u done medical,tax return copy if u r asking what to take on interview.🤞

For the 2x2 photo, does the ear need to show or anything? My wife does hijab so I wanted to ask if a picture with full hijab is okay or if she has to expose an ear (one guy said ear has to be exposed) so I don't know.

its better to use photo with ears visible but ears covered is also acceptable
