    For the polio vaccine. use a government hospital(PIMS) and then get a Nadra verified polio certificate. get this before the immigration medical exam.

    Yes, it’s Aziz medical center Islamabad. Use google maps and open their website for scheduling the medical appointment.

    I received my spouse IL as well just now .

    The language options are English and Urdu . And my spouse only speaks Pashto. Even the bus shuttles services don’t speak or understand Pashto language.

    For the interpreter do I have to fill up a form or i just have to inform the security that I’m a US citizen and the interpreter of my wife for the interview

    I’m a US citizen and I will accompany my wife during her interview at US Embassy islamabad soon .
