Did I mess up our I-129F petition?

Hi. 

My partner and recently submitted our I-129F petition. We have realized that for the Evidence of Meeting, we have submitted his Flight Itinerary, ESTA, I-94, Hotels and Receipts, and 8 photographs. We did not submit any passport stamps. We are hoping that the I-94 record will replace the passport stamps. Are we likely to get an RFE? The beneficiary is from Australia.

Oh, I'm curious with this. We were living together (outside USA) until submission, and we submitted a lot of things, including evidence we were living together, however not passport stamps.

I used an attorney and one of the things on the list that he requested was the copy of my passport stamp page for my visits to the Philippines to see my fiance, along with the photo page.

I didn’t submit passport stamps and we’re good.

Don't sweat over the passport stamps. Even if they would send a RFE it's not the end of the world but I highly doubt it with all the other stuff you've sent.

Yes, I-94 record is even better than passport stamps.  No need to worry.
