@Bobval Much congrats to you guys. I see you are from Ohio as well? Were you guys LIN? Mind sharing your case without the last three numbers? We filed with the received date of May 24th and had biometrics in Oct; no update since.

Case number LIN199049****

Bio - Dec182019

Case status - Fingerprint applies to my case as of dec 2019

No changes , Filing jointly

Hoping to hear good news soon !

Almost same for me . NOA -13th May, biometrics completed on Dec 3rd, since than no update. Worst thing is USCIS case system won’t even recognize my case number. It throws an error msg.

That is not true. Most of April 2019 and May 2019 cases are being approved as before. The July-September 2019 cases getting approvals are ones transferred to local offices. As local offices cannot conduct interviews, they have lots of time on their hands and are helping out texas service center with their case load.

Please read the thread below and other months cases.

Isn't that really to my point, though? They chose to transfer newer cases instead of older ones. I used the verb skipped to imply this. There are people languishing away from 2018 and early 2019. I'm well aware of these transfer and their choice is not equitable. It doesn't matter to say that the field offices have nothing to do and "have lots of time on their hands", that is a given. The point is people pay the same fee and expect an equitable return.
