Hi I received my NOA 2, on 3/18/2022. What are the next steps. Should I contact NVC or should I wait for them ?

You should wait. NVC will send you an email within couple of weeks. That email will have a case number and invoice ID which you'll use to log in to your CEAC account where you'll pay fees for AOS and DS260. After they process your fees, you can then upload and submit your financial and civil documents.
