    Hi all, being 2 years on from the original post… can I ask if y’all were able to book an interview appointment at London for IR1 visa? we had our expedite at NVC approved last week and we have been showing as ‘ready’ since Monday. Do we schedule our own interview or wait for a letter ?? thanks

    Hey we are still waiting for it to be reviewed. We uploaded it March 26th. We just printed out the I-864w, filled it out, signed in ink then scanned it back on to the computer and uploaded it. From what I can find, we didn’t need to upload anything along with it so fingers crossed we will get DQ on our sons case next week I will let you know. sorry about your RFE. It is such a bummer. They could easily just let you bring the I-864W to the interview rather than make you wait 2.5 months to review it again!

    We resubmitted March 26th. Patiently waiting since our resubmission, our 2021 tax transcript arrived so I uploaded that. but…. the original affidavit of support has 2020, 2019 and 2018 figures on ‘last 3 years income.’ Will I need to do a new Affidavit of support now that I have 2021’s tax documents?
