I submitted my 1-130 petition in 1-11-2021 and received NOA at 4-11-2021 from national benefits center (later emma told me i am with California service center) and i surprised that it didn’t go to texas or nebraska since i am a citizen

submitted my k3 visa at 17 dec (from 70 days) and the status from then case received no ( actively reviewing or other) and it’s at california service center too!

I am so unlucky but i want to know can i do anything to accelerate the process for i130 or k3 ?!

can be any chances for i-130 or k3 to be moved from california service center ? and if yes when ?!

Why

Natuonal Benefits Center just opens the envelopes.  The petitions are distributed based on what appears to be case loads.

I-130s are routinely transferred to other service centers to balance workload.  You have no control over that process.  A K-3 will NOT be issued.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Texas has a fairly long wait. One member filed February 2021 and only received their NOA2 this January.

A lot of USCs who filed their I-130s March, April, May and June are still waiting.

You're still early on in the process.

Remember, if everyone requested Texas and Nebraska those centers would be overloaded and wait times would be even longer...

You'll get your NOA2 when you get your NOA2.

i am worried because us citizens processing time in california service center is 3 years and the other centers is less than a year!

Don't believe the processing times on uscis.

It isn't as long as 3 years. And you might discover after a few months your case has moved to another center.

Here is a link to recent NOA1-NOA2s out of California.

This process usually takes under a year and the center doesn't matter.

I am a USC and my service center was California as well even though I got my NOA1 from Potomac. I sent my i130 in April 2021 submitted a k3 in October and my i130 was approved in November. Now im currently in the NVC stage.

you mean that will be approved before k3 or what ?!

I mean the chances of receiving a K-3 are virtually 0%.  They are extremely rare.  Normally, the I-129f will be closed and the case will proceed as an IR-1/CR-1.

It seems like the approval of IR/CR1 visas at CSC are slowing down as the K1 approvals are plentiful.  Any reason for this?  I am also a USC stuck at CSC.  PD 8/10/21 then actively reviewing 9/9/21, K3 received at CSC 12/2/21.  Nothing since.  I'm at 200 days since initial filing...

CSC is the default processing center for K1.  Vermont is the secondary center, mostly for cases involving criminal background checks of the USC petitioner.
