Update, finally got the receipt numbers. It’s been unusually slow. Question is there anyway to ask about the bio metrics or expedite the biometrics? I want to expedite my ead application should I try the helpline or else should I try ask Emma?

Need help from some members here.

We recieved my wife's I-797C for

485

131

765

Her date of birth is incorrect on 765. What is the way about it? On case status it says that her Bio metric appointment is scheduled.

I checked the copy of the 765 that we sent and her birth date is accurate on it.

To be precise the year of her birth is inaccurate on the Notice of action .. instead of 1985 it is 1958.

Also, another question the Receipt numbers for all three Notice of actions are different. And they start with IOE ... I am able to find the case status of 485 but not the other two on USCIS case status site.

Thank you so much in advance.

  • Jan 26, 2021 = NOA 1 for I-129F (K1 Visa application)
  • Sep 8, 2021 = NOA 2 for I-129F (K1 Visa application)
  • Nov 16, 2021 =  K1 visa issued in Islamabad, Pakistan
  • Jan 20, 2022 = POE Dallas, Texas
  • Feb 14, 2022 = AOS (I-451, I-131, I765) Filed
  • Feb 20, 2022 = Receipt notice for all three received
  • March 21, 2022 = Biometrics in Dallas, Texas
  • August 9, 2022 = EAD (I-751 approved)
  • August 13, 2022 = EAD and SSN received (SSN applied with EAD)
  • September 6, 2022 = AP (I-131 approved)
  • September 13, 2022 = AP (I-131 receieved)
  • March 15, 2023 = I-485 approved (interview waived, New SSN received without DHS wording)
  • March 31, 2023 = GC in hand (Total time from NOA-1 to GC in hand 794 days)

Hi All,

We received the Biometrics letter yesterday from USCIS with the appointment information. However, we haven't received the NOA1 for the I-485, I-765, or the I-131. Is it unusual to receive the Biometrics letter before NOA1?

not common but maybe its on its way. my experience USCIS printed the letter date only 2 days apart. so probably just on transit?

Hi I am joining this forum.

Sent our package with USPS 2-day priority on 02/23 and it's still "in-transit arriving late", no news, same status for 4 days now.
Read a few forums that they might have received it but not scanned.

As of today, called USCIS they said nothing yet. Told me to wait before resending another submission.
Said my i-94 is expiring tomorrow, they told me if I need to resubmit, to write a letter accordingly to explained what happened.

Kept original USPS receipt to show I did mail on 02/23.

🥺

USPS has been very sloppy the last couple of years. I only use them if there is no other possibility. Hopefully it'll get there soon!

Citizenship Complete!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

Hi All!

I am joining this group because I cannot find the January 2022 AOS Filers.

Here are my stats.

Marriage base with USC

i-485 and i-765 (NBC)

i-485

1/24/22 Case received by USCIS

2/23/22 Biometrics

2/23/22 case is being actively reviewed by USCIS

i-765

1/24/22 Case received by USCIS

02/22/22 Expedite based on financial loss (received Job Offer)

2/23/22 Biometrics

02/24/22 Request to send Evidence

I am trying to expedite as I have received a Job offer. So far, no answer. Unfortunately, the offer is valid only till 03/21 so I might loose it.
