I never seen this in the requirements. Why should you submit this? If it was not approved it would not even reach the NVC nor the consulate. If the application status is ready it means that you can proceed to the interview. This approval is not listed in packet 3, so forget about it Nicolo

You need to call the NVC to get your case number that will start with NPL2021... Then you should check on the ceac website the status of this number under the section immigrant visa status When the status change from at nvc to in transit it means it has been shipped, when it changes from in transit to ready then you can book your appointment online
