Yes

You can work as many jobs as you are fit. Even 20 a day. Carry on Tiger

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

1. Is it legally allowed to work 2 jobs (1 day on one and 4 days on one) if one is a conditional permanent resident (2 yr green card)   2. Can I use state ID and ssn unrestricted for I9 purpose if u take the new job? ....Thanks.

You can work as many jobs as you can handle. Uncle Sam will be interested in the share of the money in the form of taxes; that's it.
