Should I attend interview with husband

My husband filed my my children who are not his biological children. Should I attend the the interview or is it just my husband and the children should attend?

I didn’t  realize my post have an error. He filed all the necessary documents for the immigrant visa for my two children and he got a date for the visa interview. My question is should I attend the interview with him ?

A few questions:

1. Did he file a I-130 for you, and did you get your IR-1/CR-1?
2. I assume he filed an I-130 for each of your children (two total I-130)? 
3. He helped fill out the DS-260 for each child and helped schedule the interview?

If the answer is yes to all the above, then the interview is for the children.  The would need a legal guardian to attend the interview with them.  Usually it's the biological parent.

Hi I have the exact same situation. I have not received an interview yet but I did call the NVC so that we can be prepared when the time comes. They said that neither the biological parents nor me ( the petitioner) have to be present. Only a caregiver (grandmother, sister, friend, etc) and that this person's name should be emailed to them prior to the interview.  However, I do believe that at least the father should be there to help the chances even though it's not required.

You attend the interview with your children.  Your husband is the US Citizen who petitioned for the children.  His attendance is not required.  Not sure whether Kingston would allow both parents to attend.  Where did you get the idea your husband would attend a visa interview?

My interview was on Wednesday and we both went in together with the children.

They didn’t asked much questions. They did the swearing, fingerprints and then was asked to sit.  They ask how long me and my husband have married and that was the only question for us. The Kids were approved but they asked for W2 which I didn’t take to the interview. I was giving an email to submit the W2 and now I’m just waiting to see what happens.

That's great, but still, the petitioner was "allowed" to attend, not "required" to attend.  Sounds like things went well.

My husband was told to stay outside the embassy due to not enough space. He was then call back in to answer a question they asked both of us which is how long we’ve been married.
