Hello there! Hope everybody is doing well! Asking from a friend who has visitor multiple visa? He wants to stay here for good? What can he do legally for him to stay? Thank you I’m advance!

He's only your friend? Then there is nothing you can do for him.

 

If he wants to say, he needs a legal path to adjust status, that includes via family (spouse), applying for asylum or some other legitimate reason to say. If he doesn't have a claim to one of those, then he has to leave at the end of his stay duration.

As someone who has apparently gone through US immigration yourself, you should know that's not how that works.

 

He needs to go home and not abuse the privilege of the visitor visa he was given.  Those visas, as well as admission at the border, are given to applicants with the understanding that they will return to their countries before the allotted admission time expires.
