My husband just filed today online!  Is anyone on here doing I-751 (already in progress since early 2021) and N-400 at the same time?

I personally havent but i know many people that have, it might take alittle longer to process yours since you are doing both at the same time, but you will get much quicker then waiting on approval on the I-751

I wish you luck on your journey, and if you can upgrade your info on this link when you have time it will be greatly appreciated , :) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11xHTs0yLIeoAXIW-O5iYOvRRvbriVgu7JVw8xQq8QDw/edit#gid=0

Anyone else experiencing quick updates with regards to the N-400?

I submitted my N-400 paperwork on DEC 16. On Dec 21, they waived my biomentrics appt and transferred my previous application (adjustment of status based on marriage to a new office - I think it's because I moved to a different state).

The surprising (and great) news is that yesterday - Jan 05- they sent me an update saying that my N-400 interview was scheduled! 😱

Does anyone know how long from receiving the "interview was scheduled" notice to the actual interview date?

Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Good luck everyone!

I made some updates to the N-400 December 2021 Filers Google sheet:

- added a "received date" column to differentiate with the "date filed" (which might be the date someone sent their application by mail, if they didn't file online)

- "Biometrics Appointment Needed? - Notice Date", so that we can add the date of when we heard back about if we'll be scheduled to go for a bio appointment or not

- new column for bio appointment date (if you end up having one)

- added a comment on how to find your USCIS office based on your zip code (thanks oakland71!)

- added a " "Interview was scheduled" Notice Date" column, based on JGOliver's screenshot :)

I'm thinking we could also add a column to indicate who is doing the N-400 in addition to I-751, or if we're applying based on the 3 years or 5 years rule, but that might be overkill? Let me know. :)

MASH, since you're the very first poster in that thread, maybe that could be useful to new joiners if you edit your first post to mention that sheet? :)
