I am a single parent. I have a valid B1/B2 visa. Till what date I have to wait to put the service request ?

Is this case still under normal processing time frame I130 for mother : 01/19/2023 RFE response received by uscis : 01/18/2024 till this day there has been no update...

can we use Dropbox interview waiver for(B1/B2) children under 14 years old in a country other than country of nationality.

i didn't ask you to look into my timeline. it was just a general question. anyway, visa was approved . 😀

I do have immigrant visa f4 pending. my parent US citizen who is in the US is very sick and doctor wrote a letter to allow me to visit my parent. with that letter I was able to request emergency visa interview and it was approved. my interview is coming very soon. As I have pending immigrant visa case but right now its a different scenario as I will be visiting my ill parent. what are the chances of getting tourist visa approved in this situation. thanks

DS 160 has all the passport information correct. somehow while creating Apply for a U.S. Visa (ustraveldocs.com) profile I put wrong passport number. will that be the issue at interview. thanks

I found this information is this true But if you need to make changes , please fill another one and submit it and take the conformation page to your visa application interview. Tell the visa officer the new one has most upto date information.

there is US Consulate in Kolkata why I cant apply immigrant visa there. I tried looking but I don't find that information that I have to go to Mumbai for immigrant visa. do we have people from India here reading this who knows better answer for this issue. because in I130 we need to mention which embassy do we want to apply for immigrant visa. thank you

I am helping my friend to file I130 online for his father. is there any particular form I can file so that I can call USCIS in his behalf in future. I mean to act as his authorized representative.

what is the CSPA rules for LPR children who is turning 21 years old on dec 2024. suppose if parents will file for the child in April 2024. how long it will take for the child to get the visa. thank you

so the parent who is LPR filling for minor child will not consider as immediate relative.
