Update: I had my interview yesterday (N400 with a pending I751). We had the same officer from the I485, she didn't even bother asking for evidence and went straight to civic test. I passed the test! She said she'd request my 751 to be transferred and then approve both. Now just waiting for that to happen so I can attend the oath ceremony.

Very good congratulations!

Any January folks get approved recently?

I filed my joint petition I-751 in February 2022 and I'm MSC/NBC too. So far nothing.

When tomorrow starts without me..

please try to understand, That an Angel came and called

my name, and took me by the hand; The angel said my

place was ready, In Heaven far above, And that I'd have

to leave behind all those I dearly love. But when I walked

through Heaven's Gates, I felt so much at home, for God

looked down, smiled at me, And told me "Welcome Home."

So when tomorrow starts without me,

Don't think we're far apart, for every time you think of me,

I'm right there in your heart.

JUst got my wife's approval letter yesterday as it was approved on Aug. 15th. Long time waiting, but glad we didn't need an interview either as I see many aren't needing one. Should have her 10 year green card tomorrow the 23rd of August just 1 day shy of her 43rd birthday! Now on to the N400 US citizenship application.

Can someone help me with the list of documents to submit for N400. I was hoping to get my 10year green card but it’s obviously taking forever. I rather try my luck on N400. I will need all the information.

The application tells you what to upload.
Are you applying under the 3 year rule? 5 year rule?

It will say what you have to submit (assuming you are doing it online, it's easier).  Some examples include your last 3 years of tax, green card, birth certificate of your US spouse, birth cert of your children etc. You can submit extra documents as well. Pretty much everything you already submitted for adjustment of status + all the new stuff.

I submited 60 documents in total and the Immigration Officer at the citizenship interview thanked me for making this easy for her because she was able to  approve me in a month and a half!

Good luck, N400 is easy but still a lot of paperwork!

3 years rule

So then it’s everything you submitted for your 751 in terms of marital evidence, just updated +front and back of your gc+ spouse’s birth/ Nat certificate + IRS tax return transcripts + marriage certificate.

Pics are secondary evidence. But you can submit 10-14. I think I must have submitted 14 total, and have my interview in a week!
