February 2022 filer here. Our biometrics appointment was waived on 3/28 - we saw that notice online - but did not receive an email or snail mail letter. Do we need it?

You don't need a hard copy notice when biometrics is waived.

I need help please. I'm planning to send my packet tomorrow, and i'm not sure how i'm going to do the compiling. i used acco fasteners. do i separate the check, cover letter and form i-751? or can i fasten it all together?

After I got my biometric waived, I did get a physical notice of reuse from I-485. So, most likely, in your case, it is that. Please keep us posted.

Update: USCIS re-sent the returned notice, it turned out to be 2nd extension letter (24-month) that I already got. Apparently that send out one whenever you move to a new address.

Y'all are not going to believe this: somebody just got approved for ROC in... 22 days!!! And in LIN!!!!

His username is Trapper099... Spouse is from Ukraine. Wonder if the conflict in Ukraine had something to do with it.

Why would that have anything to do with it, she's here in the US now!  But I hear ya, you never know! 22 days OMG I was floored when I saw that!


4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!
