New case update just dropped for June 3--but no worry, it was just them recording that they sent me a useless cut and paste email that day. Probably the same email they sent @BatmanFlow

Interestingly enough, the reply they sent me yesterday didn’t trigger the last updated date to be updated

Hey guys I have submitted my DS5535 back in January and have been waiting since.

I am really considering getting a lawyer and seeing what they can do to help (if they can help speed it up at all).

Any suggestions as to which law firm would be best? I am a Canadian citizen.

I am a Canadian citizen as well and just filed a WOM with Josh Goldstein. His team is out of LA, everything was on zoom and they have been great so far!

Congratulations for taking the step @CanNursetoUS .  We also signed back with Goldstein and sent the initial intake questionnaire on Sunday and so far so good- just submitted some follow up questions and documents they needed last night and this morning, so the gathering stage is moving very fast, which is refreshing!  So it looks like you, me and @WishIWasntHere are all in active filing WOM process with Goldstein with @BatmanFlow consulting this week.  Is there anyone else on here currently in an active suit with Goldstein or have a consult set up?  We should start a group chat to compare notes.

I’d be happy to discuss in a group chat what’s been going on!

Hey, I actually have a call with them today! I am most likely going to go that same route with them as well! I really hope I get this visa this summer as I have been getting some really nice job offers down there, but I don't want to move with just a TN visa.
