  1. I did, with Goldstein, it worked but as I have said before in this thread, the communication was poor at best. So my advice is that it works but don’t expect too much outside of blasted mass emails and vague answers. 100% I believe the only reason we have the visa is the WOM, I don’t think it’s a waste of money, but I think it’s absolutely wrong that it’s the only way to move forward anymore.
  2. I do not know how long it will take for them to acknowledge it, however I do have a few questions if you’re willing to share!? I can’t see your timeline on your profile… when did you interview? I assume 6 months ago since your medical is expiring? Did you receive a 5535 and did you file a WOM?
  3. Yes I too felt the communication has been really bad, especially for the price we pay. It seems if all you want is to pay and get the papers in, they are a great option. My case is moving through so I can say it works, but if you want good communication, and questions answered clearly, there might be a different option out there for anyone.
  4. No idea how long it will take past that. They should have emailed you a result at the doctors office? Anyway, if the consulate didn’t instruct you to send a hard copy, I wouldn’t worry. We received an email with the request for our second medical that instructed us to send the hard copy. So we will.
  5. Absolutely get checked for immunity, find your records, or get the shots! They WILL however, accept just the first shot in the immunity series, with the understanding you’ll eventually get the rest
  6. It’s unbelievable…. There just isn’t purpose for all of this…. And I’m sure everyone on this thread will be throwing a little celebration WHEN your visa is approved… I just can’t stop thinking about the fifteen month old baby in AP… there’s no point to any of this. may we all be moving forward with our lives soon
  7. Right!?!? Even my spouse gets caught in this WHAT IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT and it’s just exhausting. I don’t believe there’s any real reason for any of us to be in this position.
  8. Goldstein. I can’t say it’s all been bad, but I do feel like the communication could be MUCH better. I have to have my mom send the questions to them because she’s a lawyer and knows what exactly to ask because anytime I send questions I get back answers that are absolute fluff or repetitive to what I’m asking.
  9. That’s all so true. I hope you find a place that treats you with more respect. I ended up in a multiple email chain arguing about my spouses last name…. As if I don’t know our last name… but I’ve already paid so it is what it is
  10. NGL, that doesn’t surprise me, sometimes the communication is a little off. I’m sorry that happened, this is all such a shtshow. I’m hoping for you that it wasn’t just random and you get movement!!!!! 🤞
  11. Hacking law does a lot on YouTube to talk about the WOM, the pacer monitor I learned here, I’m not sure how to best explain it and it isn’t free, it’s a website separate from CEAC. I think part of the issue with the WOM is that it is a wild beast that is turning out differently for everyone, so there aren’t always straightforward answers.
