  1. Our visas have finally been issued!!! Tracking has been provided, what a hell of a journey this has been, I wish nothing but the best for everyone in this thread!!! @ice-qube I'll be watching for your approval 🙌
  2. I believe you are right @ice-qubei think he was the first one to submit on here that we know of...and I feel Iike I was the 2nd, I could be wrong tho lol
  3. Congratulations @OceanWater!!!! So happy for you, what a long road its been, but finally made it to the end!!!! Enjoy!!!
  4. We paid it all up front, but we were asked if we wanted a payment plan. I believe so much had to be put down also with that route....
  5. Hey @Bob30, usually around 4-6 months post interview is when they will agree to file a WOM, but worth a try to do a strategy session(it's free), they will ask you questions and see if you meet the criteria to follow through! 🙂
  6. I am a Canadian citizen as well and just filed a WOM with Josh Goldstein. His team is out of LA, everything was on zoom and they have been great so far!
  7. Yes, I completely agree. And I definitely can feel for you about others opinions. Unless you are in this position, nobody will know how it feels...😔 We have just finished up paperwork for a WOM, so hopefully we will hear news soon, but it is still so nerve wracking, and very expensive. I hope your paperwork comes through soon, you deserve to be with your wife, as do we all deserve to be with our families. It is an extremely hard and emotional/mental process, hang in there @ice-qube, the day will come, hopefully sooner than later 🤞
  8. I have nothing since Dec 15 for my son and Feb 3rd for myself and daughter uggh...
  9. I believe it is determined case by case. We are on day 152, they will more than likely ask some questions to see if you meet the criteria before proceeding. Our case was 5500 usd. Good luck with your process!
