@sam96 when did you file your ead renewal?  I sent mine on 10/18/2021 and I still havent received the receipt with the automatic extension, I hope it arrive soon, very soon

I just notice on USPS website that they deliver my package on this zip code 05452 instead of 05479.  is that a typo mistake that usps did?

 

my package has been delivered since 10/18/2021.

I’m not sure, but when it delivered did it say it was signed for by someone? Mine was

Hi folks, today I received this notification and it seems my I360 has been approved. Here you will see my timeline. I was devastated when my marriage finished but now I see a light after all this process. I never received a prima facia during these two years and my I485 was transferred from my marriage process. 

btw, my i765 -C09 renewal is still pending since september 2020.

good luck to every one and never lose your faith. 

Hi please did you file Nov 2019 or your recipt notice date is november 2019.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

USCIS asked me to submit the form with my medicals . I have vawa approved . 
 

I need an urgent response plz

I-864W Is a very complex form you can fill out on your own:

Part 1 is your personal information (Name, Address, DOB, Country of Birth Etc)

Part 2 (Choose the one you are using to be EXEMPT  in Vawa case is: 1d. You are filling an immigrant visa or Adjustment of status base battered spouse I-360) 

Part 3. 1a you read and understand English, lines 3.4.5 your phone number, email.  Line 6a your signature and date (don't forget to sign)

Part 4, 5,  (no need if you are the one filling it and knows English.

Part 6 (if you want to put any additional information (is just if you need)
