    Hello everyone, My VAWA was approved in August and I haven’t heard from USCIS ever since. Is that normal ? I received the approval notice along with the deferred action notice. I did not receive a new combo card but my old one is still valid until November 2023. Fingerprints were applied to my I-485 in October, but nothing happened ever since. Is there anything I need/should do? Thanks in advance!

    How can I request a name change? Is there a form for that or do I need to submit a letter? I want to remove my husband’s name and keep my maiden name. What documents are usually required for that?

    Hello everyone! My VAWA was recently approved and I was wondering what to expect next. In general, how long does it take for them to transfer your case and get a RFE for the I-485? VAWA: filed in 03/2020 RFE: 05/2022 response to RFE: 07/2022 Approval: 08/2022 I-485: filed in 05/2020
