  1. It could be anything, however since your VAWA is approved i am thinking it could be about your medical.
  2. vermont will send it back to NBC. NBC from there review your file. They either ask you for the medical or if they think they need to interview you then they will send your file to local field office.
  3. It is taking 9 months per uscis website. I have seen people got approved in 5 to 6 months.
  4. what you read is correct. But i do not expect that to happened in 20 months. In my case i got c31 notification then i received c31 in a week then in 6 weeks i got approval notice. Just ignore c31 at the moment focus on c09.
  5. google it who is my congress person, put your zip. email them.
  6. If i were you i would wait until VAWA approves. Do not send court paper work without lawyer.
  7. He will get c09. It happened to friend of mine. His i-131 was denied but his EAD got approved. OP has i-485 pending so he is good to go when it comes to his EAD. He will not get AP because of removal.
  8. I do not think he can file based on Prima Facia. His best option is C09 since he has i-485 pending.
  9. so do the FOIA request. This will give you all your documents. However, this would take 4 to 8 weeks.
  10. Let your attorney handle this. or do FOIA request to USCIS or call the court to get the information or call this number to see if you get any help. (800) 898-7180
  11. in addition to that. Once your VAWA is approved then your attorney needs to file motion to get out of court then USCIS will make decision on your i-485.
  12. so per my understanding did you send second i-485 with VAWA since the first i-485 was denied? If that's the case then you need to send EAD C09. The EAD c31 will not happen untill VAWA approved. Not sure when did you send the VAWA but it taking almost 3 years VAWA to approve. Let me know if that make sense to you.
  13. oh i see. Check the status of that i-485. It seems like they denied that i-485 and put you in removal. Hence, USCIS can not issue you AP.
  14. try putting your A# on this website to see if anything comes up. https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/
  15. yes send both together. send it to first address.
  16. no you do not need to put any note. I think now you have to pay the fees. New rule implemented 1st of april. Just double check on USCIS website.
  17. you can expedite if you fall one of the categories that USCIS listed. You do not need to fill out part five which is re entry permit.
