Whoa, slow down you are getting way ahead of yourself

do you have a degree? Most work visas require a degree and an employer to sponsor you, and the employer has to prove they cannot find someone locally to do the same job. It is a pretty expensive and time consuming process for the employer requiring a lawyer

sometimes but not always you can be sponsored for a green card by the employer too - this is generally the decision of the employer, if the visa type allows it. And it can take years for this process.

there are also employment based green cards but those are harder to get - again what are your qualifications? This is the most important question

Work visas are pretty simple in that the Employers lawyer deals with it.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Let the lawyers sort it out that is what they get the big bucks for

u can apply for dv lottery  as u have the qualifications to pass dv lottery interview (degree plus over 2 years of work experience)

or if brother is a citizen he can can apply for u (wait time is long and i believe u must stay single)

Yes , i did ,i have Bachelor degree and vacational diploma in HR

So next step is to try find an employer prepared to sponsor you. I don’t believe there is a shortage of HR professionals in the US so it may be difficult to suceed (I am assuming you have looked at the links I gave you earlier and therefore that you understand what the labor certification process is). The visa process is done by the employers lawyers, not by you.

Correction, the DV lottery requirement is high school OR two years work experience at a fairly high level (the kind of jobs normally requiring degrees). It is certainly an option for OP though, the Dv2023 entry period should open in a couple of weeks’ time.

And you do not need to be single for a sibling visa!

Contract work is not going to get you a work visa

It’s a lottery, it’s hard to win but if you don’t enter you won’t win it. I won it myself btw.

You don’t have to stay single for a sibling visa. Some inaccurate advice has been given above. But it will probably take about 15 years.
