Los Angeles. I'm VERY surprised as well. I was expecting minimum 6 months wait for the interview to be scheduled. Guess I should study for the civics test soon haha.

I want to ask anyone who did a paper petition to lewsville lockbox. We got a IOE receipt #. Does anyone have experience with if fingerprint are applied from prior petitions or whether they are asking people to come in for fresh prints. My guess is SRC will be the service center and San Antonio the field office, but we have not had our paper receipts yet. Once we get them i can update you.

id appreciate if anyone else had any experience or tips on best way to move forward

Hi, I filled last night online, I have not received a notice of reusing biometrics, they did reuse biometrics last year to remove conditions, maybe they want new ones. Hopefully this process will move forward quickly.

I apply for the 3 years and married to US citizen. Do you guys know the time frame atm?

Your AOC was very fast, I dont think we will be getting speeds as in 2017 as new rules were introduced in 2018. the average wait time depends on service center and should be at least 5 months and could easily be triple if documents are missing, need more evidence. Your ROC was 7 months, our was around 10 [Nov 2020 to Sept 2021]. I think next step is what you wrote use of biometrics, if they can reapply then time is saved. Good luck, hope you get a quick decision

Thank You

I'm not the person you asked but I figured it would be good to share what evidence I uploaded. I didn't upload TOO much because my RoC was already approved earlier this year.

1. Joint bank account statements (1 each from 2021, 2020 and 2019). For ROC, I had included 4 bank statements for each year. I got lazy for N400...

2. Taxes (2020, 2019, 2018)

3. Property deed with our names on it

4. Marriage certificate

5. Husband's birth certificate to prove his US citizenship

I also finally applied for a state ID card (I'm not a good driver so I don't have an actual license yet) because I think they will ask for some kind of state ID for the N400 interview. I'm in Los Angeles and my interview was scheduled only 1 week after online filing. 😬

mushroomspore same set of documents as you, except for #5 had my husbands US Passport Bio page.

When we filed the N-400 the I-751 was pending. The day I got the text saying N-400 was accepted with a IOE receipt #, I also got an email saying the I-751 was approved. Since the N400 was based on the I-751, we included the same set of documents except updated them to August 2021 and 2020 and 2019.

Maybe i mis read your post but it seems you are saying the N400 petition filing to in person interview was 7 days, which must be a world record as the time to get the paper receipts is 5 days, at least here in Texas. Best of luck to you.

My interview was simply scheduled 1 week after filing. It isn't until Oct 6 (just wanted to clarify). Nonetheless, yes it is SUPER fast! I was thinking it would not happen until early 2022 at the very earliest if I got lucky. Never imagined they could move this fast. I'll definitely post here about my interview experience when it is over.

Submitted online application early morning on September 1st under the 3-year marriage based rule. A few hours later my account had a receipt notice and biometrics reuse notice. Status had changed to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. Hoping that my case moves quick and doesn't take the 15 months estimated time that it is showing.

We filled by paper so need the receipt with access code to check case. We get the same message but no information on fingerprints being applied. Wish you all the success
